Gentlemen, most of our pre-orders are in, the meat is being ordered, and the cookers are getting geared up. Thank you for your help so far in selling tickets and talking the BBQ up. Now, it’s time to produce the best pork that we can.
Remember, we could use your help starting Friday night as we begin to cook probably around midnight. Come spend an hour or several with the guys, watching the hawg get right.
Even more, we need guys who can help on Saturday. If you want to help with the cutting and packaging, plan to join us around 2:00pm. If you want to help distribute pork, we’ll do that between 4:00 and 6:00pm on Saturday.
